Natalie is the Director of Operations at Silverlight Asset Management. She ensures the firm’s daily operations run smoothly, optimizing processes and enhancing the client experience.
Natalie works closely with clients to facilitate service requests, communicates with Charles Schwab on their behalf, and collaborates with Geoffrey Berwind to lead Silverlight’s holistic wealth and well-being coaching process. Her background in business, marketing, consulting, and behavioral health education allows her to bring structure, efficiency, and a personal touch to every interaction.

My Story
Serving is at the heart of everything I do. My husband and I have two wonderful children along with a 2 year old energetic Lab, Remi! I value connection, lifelong learning, and embracing moments that matter.
I have always been passionate about productivity, problem-solving and creativity. Early in my career, I worked with major organizations like Sanofi-Aventis and Deloitte, gaining experience in business operations, marketing communications, client relationship management and process management. Eventually, I transitioned into consulting, where I helped companies and professionals develop their brand and voice, enhance service delivery, and create meaningful impact.
Beyond work, I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors and endurance challenges—both in life and on the trails. I recently completed my first ultramarathon, the Avalon 50K on Catalina Island, an experience that reinforced my belief in resilience, discipline, and pushing beyond perceived limits.
At Silverlight, I bring that same mindset to my role. Whether I’m fine-tuning operations, supporting clients, or working to enhance our processes, my goal is always the same: to create meaningful impact and ensure an exceptional experience for those we serve.
